Exchange & Returns

Exchange Policy

All orders can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Customized orders are not eligible for exchange or return.

Exchange requests can be initiated by sending an email to barakahbyurusa@gmail.com.

We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you. If pick-up service is unavailable at the provided pin code, then you must ship the product back to Barakah at your risk, costs, and responsibility within 7 days of receiving the product.

If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged for a second time.

If the return is initiated due to a size issue, a fresh article in the new required size will be dispatched upon receiving the product back from you. If the new required size is unavailable or the given article is out of stock, our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy will apply.

We do not exchange any international orders.

Return Policy

In case of Refund/Exchange, the order must be shipped back within 7 days.

Discounted items/items purchased on sale are non-returnable.

If you receive the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person.

If you receive a defective product, take a picture showing the defect and share it with us.

Ensure that the original product tag and packaging are intact when sending back the product.

All returned items undergo a quality check by our dedicated team. We will inform you about the acceptance of the returned item via email within 2 business days of receiving the return order.
