Shipping Policy

We ship to customers both in India and abroad, utilizing trusted carriers such as Delhivery and EcomExpress. All orders are promptly dispatched within 2-4 days of order placement, orders involving customization may require a slightly extended processing time. Please note that our shipping operations are centered in Haldwani, Uttarakhand.

For pre-paid orders within India valued at ₹3,000 or more, shipping is free. For pre-paid orders totaling less than ₹3,000, a fixed shipping charge of ₹90 applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders within India. COD charges are ₹140 for orders below ₹3,000 and ₹210 for orders valued at ₹3,000 or more.

Upon dispatch, our courier partners send a shipping confirmation message, complete with tracking details, directly to your Whatsapp. Typically, domestic orders reach their destinations within 4-8 days after dispatch.
